Terms of Service

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

Relorum is operated by Tim Afanasiev (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using Relorum (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Relorum is

Relorum is a personal tracker for recurring things in your life — subscriptions, bills, warranties, and everyday consumables — and, optionally, for the bank transactions that pay for them. It is provided to help you keep track of your own commitments and spending. It is not a bank, a payment service, a broker, or a source of financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service should be treated as such.

3. Beta status

Relorum is in active development and is currently invite-only. Features, categorization logic, and the data model may change, and we may need to reset or migrate data as the Service evolves. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without uptime or availability guarantees, until it reaches general availability.

4. Your account

Access currently requires a valid invite code. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Connecting a bank account

If you choose to connect a bank account, Relorum retrieves your account and transaction data through Enable Banking, a licensed open-banking (PSD2) account information service provider. You authorize that access directly with your bank through Enable Banking’s consent flow, for a period you control, and you can revoke it at any time — from within Relorum or directly with your bank. We only ever read this data to power the tracking and categorization features you use; we cannot move money or initiate payments. Details on what is retrieved and how it is stored are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Use Relorum only for your own personal, non-commercial tracking of your own recurring items and finances. You agree not to: use an invite code you were not given for your own use, attempt to access another user’s account or data, probe, scan, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure, or use the Service to store or process data belonging to someone else without their consent.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter into Relorum (item names, notes, and similar). You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to enter any data you add.

8. Termination

You may stop using Relorum and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if an invite code was misused, or if we discontinue the Service, and we will make a reasonable effort to give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Relorum is a personal-tracking tool built and maintained by a small team while in beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the information Relorum shows you — including categorization, predictions, or reminders, which are estimates and can be wrong. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under EU/Polish consumer protection rules where they apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where practical, let you know in the app or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
